Center for Cultural Innovation
The Center for Cultural Innovation (CCI) was founded in 2001 as a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Its mission is to promote knowledge sharing, networking and financial independence for individual artists and creative entrepreneurs by providing business training, grants, and incubating innovative projects that create new program knowledge, tools and practices for artists in the field.
Center for Independent Documentary
Center for Independent Documentary was founded in 1981 to collaborate with independent producers to create films and videos on issues of contemporary social and cultural concern. These programs have been broadcast nationally and locally on public and cable television, won numerous awards, and are in distribution to educational markets worldwide. At a Massachusetts state house ceremony, the Center was awarded the Commonwealth Award as Outstanding Cultural Organization in Massachusetts by the Massachusetts Cultural Council for excellence, dedication, and vision in giving voice to independent New England documentary filmmakers and for broadening the audience of this medium.
Fleishhacker Foundation
The Fleishhacker Foundation was founded in 1947 as a family philanthropy. It funds the arts and K-5 literacy programs in the San Francisco Bay Area.
JUSFC
The Japan-US Friendship Commission is an independent federal agency established by Congress in 1975 to strengthen the US-Japan relationship through educational, cultural, and intellectual exchange. Its mission is to support reciprocal people-to-people understanding, and promote partnerships that advance common interests between Japan and the United States.
US-Japan Foundation
The United States-Japan Foundation is committed to promoting stronger ties between Americans and Japanese by supporting projects that foster mutual knowledge and education, deepen understanding, create effective channels of communication, and address common concerns in an increasingly interdependent world.
US Judo Federation
The United States Judo Federation is a non-profit organization that provides national standards and guidelines for the development of grassroots judo for its students and members. The vision of USJF is to have JUDO in every American community and school and our mission is to serve and support its members in the American judo community while upholding the principles of mutual welfare and benefit.
